Recently purchased an Audi Q7 on a 70 plate. Having made enquiries with the garage, I was called back with the hour and I viewed the car with 24. The description of the vehicle matched exactly to the car I viewed.Russ and Steve were extremely knowledgeable and answered any queries I had and put my mind at ease regarding buying a 2nd hand car.Purchase was complete with 7 days and I can honestly say I’ve had zero issues with the car or the aftercare.I would 💯 recommend Northbank to either purchase from or sell with ease.

Non existant! Left several email enquiries via Autotrader as well as their own website......zero response! Even left telephone message with them to call me back!!! Obviously dont need the business?

This garage is so easy to deal with. Steve and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Yesterday we bought a lovely E93. Well presented and properly prepared. This is not a Gucci garage, but an honest and great value place.

Russell knowledge and passion for his business is quite refreshing after meeting numerous car sales people over the years. His character is humble and no flash sales talk, an honest true professional, his passion and care for our purchase going above and beyond what you expect from customer service, even preparing the car for even on a Friday evening and researching and recommending cleaning products to buy. Recently purchased a BMW 320. The service I received from all was very professional and they all went above and beyond with my enquiries and needs in purchasing a new car. Cannot fault the professionalism and high standards of all staff, made me and my father feel very welcome and were friendly towards us when we arrived too pick up the car which had been cleaned both inside and out to a very high standard. Would highly recommend this company.

So I recently purchased my Car from Northbank prestige & Performance and it was an absolute pleasure buying from them. The whole transaction was easy, a lot of communication between the guys in the garage and myself. I have recently purchased a Suzuki Swift sport and subsequently a BMW 325d from Northbank. Both cars were extremely well presented and the staff were very helpful. I shall be returning to Northbank for servicing and any future car purchases.
