Fantastic experience buying my Tesla Model 3 Performance from Northbank Prestige & Performance.I travelled from Leicester, so I was quite particular about making sure the car was the right example before making the journey. Russell was brilliant from the start. He sent me plenty of additional photos, answered all my questions and even arranged to have the alloys refurbished back to the original Tesla colour before collection.When I arrived, the car was exactly as described. We went straight out for a test drive and I probably spent the best part of an hour talking to Russell about the car and Teslas in general on the phone. His knowledge was genuinely impressive.They also arranged the car’s first MOT before collection, kept me updated throughout and were flexible with my arrival time. The whole purchase process was incredibly straightforward. Russell even transferred the Tesla to my account through the app immediately after the sale, so I didn’t have to wait for the V5 before getting full access.No pressure, no sales nonsense, just genuinely excellent service from someone who clearly knows the cars he sells. I’m really glad I bought from Northbank and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, particularly if you’re looking for a Tesla. Five stars.

Recently purchased an Audi Q7 on a 70 plate. Having made enquiries with the garage, I was called back with the hour and I viewed the car with 24. The description of the vehicle matched exactly to the car I viewed.Russ and Steve were extremely knowledgeable and answered any queries I had and put my mind at ease regarding buying a 2nd hand car.Purchase was complete with 7 days and I can honestly say I’ve had zero issues with the car or the aftercare.I would 💯 recommend Northbank to either purchase from or sell with ease.

This garage is so easy to deal with. Steve and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Yesterday we bought a lovely E93. Well presented and properly prepared. This is not a Gucci garage, but an honest and great value place.

I just bought my bought a beautiful dream blue M4 Sport BMW from NorthBank Garage. Russell knowledge and passion for his business is quite refreshing after meeting numerous car sales people over the years. His character is humble and no flash sales talk, an honest true professional, his passion and care for our purchase going above and beyond what you expect from customer service, even preparing the car for even on a Friday evening and researching and recommending cleaning products to buy. Recently purchased a BMW 320. The service I received from all was very professional and they all went above and beyond with my enquiries and needs in purchasing a new car. Cannot fault the professionalism and high standards of all staff, made me and my father feel very welcome and were friendly towards us when we arrived too pick up the car which had been cleaned both inside and out to a very high standard. So I recently purchased my Car from Northbank prestige & Performance and it was an absolute pleasure buying from them. The whole transaction was easy, a lot of communication between the guys in the garage and myself. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to buy a car you wont be disappointed. Great work, bringing car buying back to life !
